By accessing or using Grademypage (“the Service”), available at grademypage.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Grademypage is an AI-powered landing page auditing platform. You submit a publicly accessible URL and receive an instant audit grading your page across 22+ factors including performance, SEO, security, accessibility, copy quality, and visual design.
The Service also provides Grademypage AI, a dashboard copilot for questions about your project using page context and live data from audits, analytics, domain, leads, and experiments.
3. Account & Authentication
Some features require creating an account via our authentication provider, Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
By creating an account, you agree to be added to our newsletter to receive product updates, tips, and announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.
4. Credits & Usage
The Service runs on pay-as-you-go credits. Every account starts with a one-time grant of free credits, and additional credits can be purchased in packs. Credits are consumed per action (for example, one credit per audit). We reserve the right to modify credit costs and pricing with reasonable notice.
Credit purchases are processed through Stripe. By buying credits, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scan URLs you do not own or have authorization to audit in a way that causes harm to the target website.
- Use the Service to perform denial-of-service attacks or otherwise abuse target websites.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or rate limiting mechanisms.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without prior written consent.
- Submit malicious URLs designed to exploit the Service's scanning infrastructure.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by Grademypage. Your audit reports are generated for your use and may be shared at your discretion. You retain all rights to the pages you audit. We claim no ownership over your content.
7. Leaderboard
Scan results may appear on the public leaderboard, which ranks pages by grade. By using the Service, you acknowledge that scanned URLs and their grades may be publicly visible on the leaderboard.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Audit grades and AI-generated insights are informational and should not be treated as professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grademypage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
